Leadhills Primary is situated in the rural village of Leadhills. It caters for children of primary school age, with a current roll of 20. Its associated secondary school is Biggar High School. Stages covered Primary 1 – Primary 7.
INFORMATION POINT: – Our school was refurbished in December 2013.
Our vision is to strive to put the school at the heart of the community. This is something we endeavour to do through :-

- Shows / performances
- Partnerships with Leadhills Silver Band, Leadhills Miner’s Library and other associations throughout the community.
This allows children to learn in a meaningful context, relating learning to their own locale.
