Have you ever seen the film ‘Inside Out’. It’s all about a little girl Riley and the emotions that she has inside her head that help her describe and manage how she’s feeling.

Tonight before you go to bed, have a think about how you are feeling? Why do you feel that way?

Can you think of something that made you happy today? Was there anything that made you sad or angry? Talk to ab adult at home about it.
