Dance your socks off!

Today I want you to get all of your family involved. Choose your favourite song and dance like no one is watching. Get your bodies moving and strut your best dance moves.

Share your favourite songs and moves with us by sending them to the nursery email.

You could make this a regular dance-off, anytime is feeling sad or low in your house, get your favourite tune on and encourage them to dance.
