Exercise is good for the body and mind. Below are two links. One is to exercise with Joe Wicks which you will need lots of energy for and will feel wide awake by the end and ready for anything. The other link is to some Yoga which is good exercise but more relaxing and at a slower pace. Maybe some of your grown ups at home would like to join in.
