Health Week

This week we will be focussing on Health, as part of this, we will be setting you daily active challenges, like we would have done for sports day but we will spread it over Monday to Thursday.  On Friday there will be no challenges as this is out special Graduation day for our preschoolers.

As well as active challenges we will be asking you to take part in activities to help make healthy choices and look at our mental wellness.

Your first challenge is to get those muscles moving, your brain thinking and that heart rate pumping.

We would like you to design an obstacle course that involves going over things and going under things. Once you have laid out your course have a go, get your family involved as well.

Below I have added some examples to give you ideas.

Have lots of fun and send in lots of photos so we can see your obstacle courses.
