Happy Monday Room 13!
I hope you have all had a lovely weekend and are keeping safe and healthy with everything that is happening in the world just now!
We will make sure that we continue to do everything we can to keep ourselves as healthy and hygenic as possible! Our hand washing train and our amended nurture welcomes in the morning are definitely going to help!
For just now it is business as usual, your homework for this week is listed below.
1) Please write out each word 3 times
2) Please complete rainbow or pyramid writing for EACH word (pleases try not to use an excessive amount of pages in your h/w jotter to complete this!)
1) Please read the chapter ‘Maiden Voyage’ (Pages 78 – 89)
2) Write a brief summary (minimum of 3 sentences) in your homework jotter.
Those of you who have not completed your reading assessments with Mr Campbell will do this after lunchtime tomorrow. Therefore, PE will be done in the gym hall with the tennis coach.
I need all parents night AND P7 heptathlon letters returned to class this week too! The parents evening time slots are filling up very quickly, so please get these back to me ASAP.
Let’s have a great week everyone
Miss M 🙂
Happy Monday Room 13!
Busy week ahead but hope you are all looking forward to it.
All consent forms MUST be returned to class ASAP for our basketball trip which is THIS SUNDAY! I need to organise parent helpers, therefore the sooner you can get these back to me the better! I hope you are all as excited as I am for this trip… it should be amazing!
Homework this week will be reading, maths and spelling. We finally managed to get 100% homework this week… so let’s push for that again!
Please write out each spelling word three times.
We will be starting our new book in class this week. The chapters are longer than Street Child, so it may take us a week or two to work out how best to work through the chapters each week in class and at home.
