On Monday the class had fun in their new Home Teams designing and creating pumpkins. They had to work cooperatively together, ensuring everyone was involved in a safe manner. They came up with some fantastic spooky designs!
Mrs Colclough had the difficult task of choosing the winner and chose Jeff by Bobby, OisÃn, Fin and Jayden for his original design!
We then thought carefully about the steps involved to write detailed instructions.

On the 3rd of October our class went of the bus to the Viking windfarm. We went with our teacher Mrs Lawson and Mrs Leask. Once we arrived, we went into a building with a big tv screen and sat down in a row of chairs. We had a quick safety briefing and then, we We then went up a hill while he talked about the wind farm. We went past some of the bases which the wind turbines will go on to. At the end we got to see one of the bases before it got covered with concrete. After that we got to do a quiz that Jayden and Edith won.
