Little Lights Week

June 10, 2020 by User deactivated | 0 comments

A huge well done to everybody – bairns, mums, dads, brothers and sisters, who worked together for Little Lights Week. And thank you for the feedback, we are busy planning a Health and Wellbeing Week for a few weeks time.

Some excellent pieces of work was dropped off in school last week and a lot photos have been emailed to us. We will be in school next week if anybody has work to drop off and you can still email your teacher pictures.

It has been lovely to see all the hard work and some of you have found out some really interesting information. When we have the Little Lights fundraiser later in the year, all the work handed in and photos will be on display so you will be able to see it all then.

Here’s a selection of photos from the week 🙂

On Wednesday 5th February, the Nursery and Primary celebrated Global Play Day.  Similar to last year pupils were allowed to bring in toys and games from home and the school provided all the usual school games as well as soft play, skipping ropes, wooden loose parts inside and outside.

Feedback from staff and pupils was very positive with one suggestion being that younger siblings and parents could come in to play!

Here are some photos from Play Day.
