S2 pupils have completed the Introduction to Food Hygiene Course, accredited by the Royal Environmental Health Institute for Scotland (REHIS).

They are  putting their knowledge into practice through their work on the Secondary Department Tuck Shop and the Community Café, as well as in their Home Economics lessons.
