P4 – 7’s listening skills were put to practise during a step-by-step tutorial, ‘Draw with Rob’ on YouTube.
3d Snowflakes
We got into the Christmas spirit by making beautiful decorations. We followed a YouTube step-by-step tutorial. We think they look amazing! Ask your child to help you make your own at home. P4 – 7s are experts now! You can view the tutorial here. Please send us some pictures if you make some!
Ability Shetland film
In P4-7, we have been learning about what it means to be Neurodiverse. We have been watching this fantastic video shared by Ability Shetland and had lots of discussion around neurodivergent ways of experiencing the world. Dogs Against Drugs visit
Megan visited us to share information on the charity ‘Dogs Against Drugs’. We had lots of questions for her and we all got to say hello to her dog, Bravo. Megan showed us their website and then we all practised the recovery position. Well done P4 – 7!
Imaginative play
Ashlyn spent time playing with wooden blocks and dolls and creating this beach scene.
Maths week Scotland
P4-7 took part in a live Cyber Skills Lesson to learn all the skills related to be involved in F1 Grand Prix. It was great fun and Ashlyn even got a shout-out!
Accordion Demonstration
Today Irvine played us a couple of tunes on his accordion. He was absolutely brilliant, even playing us a tune he composed himself. Mr Small was teaching us all about the accordion and answering our questions about it. Mr Small has spaces for in-person teaching in Lunnasting. Charlie’s Lego Creation
