Hockey Festival
We had a fantastic day at the Active Schools run Hockey Festival. There wasn’t a focus on competition, so no scores were recorded. It was simply about getting fresh air, being active, socialising and demonstrating resilience!

Shetland Youth Music Festival
On Tuesday, P4-7 travelled to Mareel to perform their two songs on stage in front of an audience. They did a superb job, singing wonderfully. They really did themselves proud. They also got a chance to watch the other entries. A brilliant experience. Well done to P4-7!
Buddying
This week, P4-7 have buddied up with the pre-school children to start with transitions. The P5s have been paired with a nursery child and will spend time on Wednesday mornings, having a short play. Childsmile have also been in to teach the children how to manage younger children’s teeth brushing.
