This week P5A have been taking part in a range of activities to celebrate World Book Day on 7th March. These included:
- When the school bell rang, we could all participate in whole school reading.
 - We made a display for our door based on our class novel, Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone.
 - We read the Shetland dialect book ‘Myrtle an Meenie’ by Ann Marie Anderson.
 - We went to the school Book Swap and had the opportunity to take a book home which had kindly been donated.
 - We watched and took part in the the “Footy Booky” quiz.

It’s been a great week of activities, sharing our love of reading.
