Finishing off our topic on Shetland, we looked at wool and its uses.
We tried some wet felting. It was messy but fun!
I hope you all enjoy seeing what the barins have made.

We had the best day ever!
P3 have had a busy term in PE doing athletics, rounders and games. For the last few weeks the classes have come to PE together as part of their transition into P4.
Last week the pupils brought home their Sports Day certificate showing all their scores from all 3 of their P1-3 sports. It’s great to see how much they have improved
.
We had a lovely day at the Clickimin track for sports day. Thank you to the helpers for counting/timing etc.
In Art Primary 3 have been learning about Primary colours and how we can mix them to make Secondary colours.
We first spent a couple of weeks making many different shades of green, orange, purple and brown.
To reinforce our learning we painted a Shetland Scene using only mixed colours.
This quite tricky as colour mixing can take a while, but I think you’ll agree the class have done extremely well to manage the challenge.
Well done p3!
