We had good fun at our Halloween party!

We learned about the different phases of the moon using Oreos.

There were even some left over for us to enjoy!

We made place value people/creatures. We used units, tens, hundreds and thousands .

Hello everyone and welcome to the Primary 3/4 class blog. I will post information, homework and photos here.

I hope you are all well and have had a lovely summer holiday. It is great to have the children back in class and they are all working very hard.

We are currently unable to send homework diaries home due to restrictions on transferring things between school and home. Meanwhile please feel free to email me any questions, concerns or information you may have.

Your child will be outdoors everyday, even if it is raining so could you please make sure they have a waterproof jacket with them.

Homework – I will post homework on the homework tab. It will be set on a Tuesday for the following Monday.

I shall add new posts to the blog which will show up down the side of this page.

Miss Macleod

A few months ago I ran an Environmental Art competition looking at the Artist Andy Goldsworthy.  I took all the (nameless) photos and gave them to a panel of 14 people in my family.  They chose 3 winners.  Two are from Whiteness and one from Nesting.  It was a really hard decision as the work was amazing!

Well done to everyone who took part!

Hi everyone

This is the last week!  I’ve made this short film about happy art, art play, what I will be getting up to in the holidays and things to collect!  I hope you have a wonderful holiday! I am missing each and every one of you and cannot wait to once again teach you Art!
