We worked in groups to create two snakes outside. One snake was 1.25m long and the other was 2.38m long.
We used straws and joiners to make 3D cubes.
We all went outside to find lots of different arrays!
We used the array to write down the multiplication sum.
We have been learning about the festival of lights – Diwali.
We learned about the story of Rama and Sita and made Diva lamps. We used the ends of our paint brushes and clay tools to cut in different patterns. Then we painted them once they were dry.
We had good fun at our Halloween party!
Here’s our class mummy’s!
We learned about the different phases of the moon using Oreos.
There were even some left over for us to enjoy!
We made place value people/creatures. We used units, tens, hundreds and thousands .

Design an A4 poster on pattern or line or texture. You can draw, paint, cut out and/ or stick down to make your poster. I am going to show the posters to another class and they have to guess which posters are about pattern, line or texture!
Have lots of fun, Mrs Mullay 😀
