On Tuesday 3 February 2026, Willa, Jake, Thorfinn, Steven and Andrew from our Secondary department represented our school at the Ability Shetland Secondary Boccia Competition in Brae High School.
Boccia is a paralympic sport in which athletes throw, kick or use a ramp to propel a ball onto the court with the aim of getting closest to a ‘jack’ ball.
The pupils played very well and the overall winner of the competition was Willa!
Massive congratulations to Willa, and all of the players who took part.
