Lots of fraction activities going on just now. We are learning lots about identifying and finding fraction of amounts. We have also been comparing the size of a fraction and remembering how the bigger the fraction, the smaller the portion.

We have been doing some Scottish dancing in PE. We learned some dances with Miss Gifford and in these pictures are doing a great job of Strip The Willow. Mrs Kirkness has been also been doing some dances in class to keep us all active during these inside days.

Elsie has been working away on a junk project. It started after we introduced our new topic of fairyland. She began creating many of the places being discussed and added characters and objects in.
