Primary 1 and 2 have been doing a literacy project called Talk for Writing.  Within this project children become very familiar with traditional stories.  They listen, re-tell, map, act out, create puppets and many practise many skills.  This week we learned the Billy Goats Gruff.  In our photos pupils are creating and testing their own bridges.

In p34 we are focused on our presentation skills.  Each week 3 pupils share a presentation on something important to them.

 

In p34 pupils used skills in reading, maths, rounding and estimating to order a Chinese Takeaway.  They loved this task and performed so well!

We are in the Haven Club for exceptional behaviour.
