Week 7 began with the state funeral of our Queen.  The school was closed and most children watched some of the footage on TV.
in P12 this week the children have enjoyed junk modelling, p34 have been using Google maps, p56 have been writing amazing stories and creating habitats and p6 and 7 have enjoyed an author visit from David McPhail as part of Word play.  He really sparked the imaginations of our young writers and was so engaging!  The p67 maths class have also been working at their place value in active maths sessions.
One of the choices for golden time was design and build a Disney castle.  Well done to all our certificate winners this week.
