Class 3

 

Christmas in Class 3

Pupils have enjoyed baking a variety of seasonal items, including Christmas cakes which will be coming home with pupils soon.  Pupils did a great job in rolling and manipulating fondant icing to decorate their cakes.

     

Term 2

We have really enjoyed Games Group this term, working primarily on turn- taking and enjoying activities with our peers.

In Core Words Group, the class have engaged in motivating and sensory activities to support and encourage the word of the week.

 

Class 3 have enjoyed Craft Group this term. We have made a variety of crafts based on our Topics and we have enjoyed engaged in a variety of materials to support fine motor development.

Term 1

Class 3 have had a busy start to this academic year. We have enjoyed a range of sensory activities, crafts and outings.

   

    

We have particularly enjoyed learning about Autumn, through stories, science experiments and crafts.

 

Our Core Words sessions have been motivating and playful. This term we have focused on ‘more’, ‘like’, ‘don’t like’ and ‘turn’.

   

We look forward to returning to school in Term 4 for more Topic based fun. 🙂

Messy Play – Class 3 enjoy sensory activities.

African Drumming – Class 3 enjoyed African Drumming sessions with Joy Duncan this term.

 

Road Safety- we went for a walk to learn about traffic lights.
