Term 1
We were surprised to see how well the pumpkin plants had grown in the polycrub over the summer. We have 2 very large pumpkins stored in a cold, dark cupboard. We are hoping they will keep so we can carve them at Halloween.
For those baking this term, the orange drizzle cupcakes were a favourite. This recipe used polenta instead of flour.
