What our school means to us.

Aith JH is a well maintained school, built in 1982 with later additions to enable us to meet the requirements of curriculum change and growing numbers of pupils on the West side of Shetland.

It is situated at the head of Aith Voe near the village hall,  local marina and West Mainland Leisure Centre.

We have a Nursery for Early Years. Primary department and Secondary department for pupils (S1 to S4)

The current role of the school (March 2022) is 29 in Early Years, 114 Primary pupils and 105 Secondary pupils.
