S1 & S2

• All pupils follow a common course covering some ICT, Computing Science and Business Education topics.

S3

• Pupils can choose Computing Science as one of their Technologies subjects.

S4

• Pupils who have taken Computing Science in S3 can continue with Computing Science as an SQA National 4 or National 5 course

S5

• All pupils can take Computing Science at National 5 – either as an entry level course or to improve existing grades.
• Pupils who achieved high grades at National 5 can continue on to the Higher level Computing Science course.

S5

• All pupils can take Computing Science at National 5 – either as an entry level course or to improve existing grades.
• Pupils who achieved high grades at National 5 can continue on to the Higher level Computing Science course, either as a new course or to improve existing grades.

S6

• All pupils can take the Digital Password group award.
• Pupils who achieved high grades at Higher can continue on to the Advanced Higher level Computing Science course
