This is how you can support me to grow and develop. 

Supporting a change in long term memory, “Memory is the residue of thought.” (LTA Framework, 2020/1, p.11). 

For deep learning to occur, for long-term memory changes to take place, we must first ensure that we know the children well so that we provide relevant, engaging learning environments that support the children to reflect on their learning.  Practitioners must provide opportunities for the children to practice, revisit and become proficient learners who are able to direct their own learning.
