This section of the websites provides support and guidance for South Ayrshire Education staff (schools and EYC staff) as we move from using shared network drives to store our electronic content and instead use cloud-based storage – Microsoft Teams.
Access to the existing staff and pupils shared network drives will not be available at the start of the new school session (2024-25) and pupil H Drives will also not be available from this time.
Please use the support and guidance provided to help you housekeep the content you store in the staff and pupils shared drives, organise the content you want to keep, set up your Microsoft Team(s), migrate the content to Teams and finally be able to access and use the content in Teams when the shared network drives are no longer available.
