Glenburn Primary School has a very friendly, nurturing and welcoming ethos. Our staff strive to provide an exciting range of learning experiences and opportunities for all our young people. Our aim is to support and challenge every young person with their learning and encourage our young people to embrace school life to ensure that they grow to become Confident Individuals, Effective Contributors, Responsible Citizens and Successful Learners.

Pupil and parent voice is respected, valued and encouraged to shape school improvement. The school community works closely together along with partner agencies to support pupil, parents/carers and families. We have really supportive relationships with all parents/carers and always encourage parents/carers to be actively involved in their child’s learning and in the life of the school.

We moved into our new school within the Prestwick North Education Campus in August 2022. We share a campus and campus facilities with St Ninians Primary School and Prestwick North Early Years Centre. We are absolutely loving our new building and grounds. Being part of a large campus allows us all to work together offering lots of different experiences for our young people.
