We used our subtraction skills to reveal a hidden picture which turned out to be a beautiful barn owl – just like Plop, the owl from our class novel “The Owl Who was Afraid of the Dark”.

P2s helped P1s with their taking away by using different objects around the classroom. We enjoyed helping each other and learning together!
