  1. Hello everyone! Vicky and I walked past the nursery yesterday to see all of the colourful stones – you have all been very busy! We loved all of them – the rainbows, bumble bees, glitters, lots of colours! WOW – thank you for brightening up our walk! πŸ™‚

  2. Emmy loves all the pebbles and has left a few of her own. She’s very enthusiastic about collecting more stones to decorate – I’m not sure if the streets of paisley have any stones left πŸ˜‚

    1. It sounds like you’re a real artist Emmy. Maybe all the stones in Paisley will be nice and colourful when you’re finished! I saw one of your stones at the nursery gate. I’ll walk past again today to see if I can see any more. πŸ™‚

  3. Ruby loves the pebble idea. She can’t wait to decorate her pebble, walk down to nursery and place it at the gates.

    1. That’s great Ruby. We’re glad you want to join in with the Pebble Pals fun. Hope you have fun coming up with a nice idea for your pebble. I wonder… what will it look like?

  7. Jackson and I painted a stone we had in the garden at the weekend. We will leave it safely with the others today.
Jackson is missing his friends at nursery lots but enjoying spending so much time in the garden. We have been making construction sites in the mud with his digger trucks. Jackson has had me looking for and looking at (in great detail) all the worms, spiders, grubs and insects we can find. One day we collected things by colour (flowers/leaves)
We made lovely bubble pictures using food colouring, washing up liquid, the top of a bottle And a sock. (That was lots of fun as the bubbles look like a big colourful snake) Then We caught the bubbles on paper and watched to see what happened when the popped. We were left with really cool prints.

    1. Hi Lorraine, we haven’t met yet but I am Nicola Anderson one of the new Depute Heads of Centre at the nursery. That is fab that you have taken the time to make a pebble pal for our collection we can’t wait to see it!

I am sure i can say on behalf of the staff we are all missing Jackson too, although it sounds like you have all been very busy πŸ™‚

I hope you have taken lots of pictures that you and Jackson can share with us on our return to nursery.

Hope you are all safe and well. Nicola
