Look at P7a’s Wall Art!
Recetnly P7a wrote some newspapers for their World War 2 topic. There is lots of information on WW2 in the newspapers.
We also made campaign posters so we could try to get on to Pupil Council.
Scary Skeletons
Look at what P7b have been doing lately…
P7’s topic at the moment is World War 2. P7b had been asked to write a newspaper report on the outbreak of war. They also had been asked to write on an airplane what they would like to learn about this topic.
Halloween
Last week the Assessment and Development Class joined in lots of spooky tasks and activities for Halloween! We read lots of Halloween stories and made spooky spider’s webs, pumpkins and bats! We all enjoyed the ‘Room on the Broom’ story.
On Friday we had a Halloween party! We all dressed up and looked FANTASTIC! We joined West Primary for a Halloween parade around the school! After the parade we had a Halloween party in the classroom! We made spooky biscuits, ‘dooked’ for apples and played party games with the balloons! We all had a ‘Frightfully Fabulous’ time!
After school we are all going home to get dressed up and go ‘trick or treating’ Boo!
Happy Halloween!!

MacMillan Coffee Morning
A very big thank you everyone who contributed to our McMillan Coffee Morning last Friday morning. We raised an amazing £923.50!
Everyone was allowed to come in their own clothes and put a donation into the ‘chuck in the bucket’. At playtime, the Primary Sevens sold fairy cakes they had iced for 40p.
