Today the Assessment and Development Class were very busy in the learning circuit.
We worked hard on our sounds, number and fine motor skills.
We all had a great long weekend!
Lots of news this morning about softplay, arts and crafts, park trips and not forgetting some ‘lazy days’!
This (short) week we have lots of learning planned.

We hope you all have a great February holiday. The school will close tomorrow (11th February) for the long weekend!

This morning the Language Unit morning class helped to make pancakes.
We talked about the ingredients and equipment that we needed. We had to listen carefully to follow the recipe instructions. We made big and little pancakes! They all tasted great!
We all had a great time…especially eating the pancakes!! We tried butter, jam, syrup and chocolate spread! The Assessment and Development Class joined us at playtime for a special pancake treat!
The Language Centre made and tasted pancakes!
We recited the pancake rhyme:
Mix a pancake
Stir a pancake
Pop it in a pan
Fry the pancake
Toss the pancake
Catch it if you can!
The Language Unit afternoon Class made some pancakes.
They mixed all the ingredients to make delicious pancakes!
We talked about how to make pancakes and then sequenced the pictures! The Unit class talked about Pancake Day in other countries.
Everyone enjoyed the day and the pancakes smelled and tasted great!!
