We aim to support all our children in leading their own learning, following their interests and building their aspirations for the future. We will nurture each child’s joy of discovery and encourage pride in their achievements.

We aim to provide an inclusive environment, which promotes equity and diversity. Experiences which provide support and challenge, and the opportunity for every child to reach their own potential.

We aim to provide an environment which is safe and secure, while still allowing children to experience the benefits of risky play; supporting children to develop their understanding of safety and how to keep themselves and others safe indoors, outdoors and in the local community.

We aim to emulate a community of caring, where acts of kindness are modelled, encouraged and celebrated; where words of support and understanding are offered, and a kind word is valued.

We aim to provide a service which reflects the voices of our children, staff and families, and everyone feels listened to. A service which is respectful of everyone and  encourages our children to have that same respect for themselves, each other and everyone and everything around them.
