The PATHS^®(Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies) Programme for Schools (UK Version) empowers all children to develop the fundamental social and emotional learning skills which will enable them to make positive choices throughout life.

Within St Margaret’s we use this programme to support children in identifying their emotions and exploring appropriate ways to express them. It also helps children to recognise these same emotions in others, and become more aware of how their actions can impact other people’s feelings.

We were delighted to receive our PAThS award at the end of 2022, which recognises us as a PAThS model Nursery.
