At Lochfield, we have a dedicated, talented and hard-working team who constantly strive to provide the best care and education for all our children. We have a highly qualified staff, holding and studying for a wide range of qualifications. These include, BA in Childhood Practice, PDA in Childhood Practice, Froebel in Childhood Practice, HNC Early Learning and Childcare and SVQ 3 Children and Young People.
We recognise the importance of maintaining a high-quality staff team, encouraging and providing opportunities for each staff member to develop continually, both personally and professionally. Our work is challenging as well as enjoyable and requires strong, personal commitment from staff. The staff within Lochfield have a very strong ethos to learn and are pro-active in their professional development
