How do I access support from the Home Link Service?

Renfrewshire schools hold GIRFEC (Getting  It Right for Every Child) meetings to consider the needs of children and identify the best way to support them.  If appropriate a referral may be made to the Home Link Service.  Parents should be involved in any support plan for their child.

You can contact the Home Link Service via your child’s school or early years establishment.

Every Renfrewshire school, and some pre 5 centres, have links to the Home Link Service.

Home Link Service offers support to children, young people and families to help overcome barriers to wellbeing and educational achievement. Every pupil in Renfrewshire, who needs it, has access to the Home Link Service via their school.
