Emergency Closure Arrangements

We make every effort to maintain a full service, but on some occasions circumstances arise which mean the nursery has to close.

Establishments may be affected by, for example, severe weather, transport problems, power failures or difficulties with fuel supplies. If this happens, we will do all we can to let you know about details of closure and re-opening.

We may keep in touch by telephone, notices in local shops and community centres, announcements in local churches, in the press and on local radio.

To help us keep you informed it is important that you make sure we have the most up to date emergency contact information for your family.

Parents of children attending the nursery are asked to provide names, addresses and telephone numbers of 2 relatives / friends who may be contacted in the case of an emergency.

Please inform the nursery of any changes in this information.
