The Big Pedal competition is back.

From Monday 20th March to Friday 31st March children are invited to bring their bike or scooter to school. We would ask that an adult could check that the bike or scooter is safe.  Please bring a helmet or any other safety gear. Children are encouraged to bring a lock but they must be responsible for the key.

Every day we will count how many people cycled or scooted to school, including supporters ie parents, siblings.  We will enter our figures into the Big Pedal website run by cycling charity Sustrans.  You can follow our progress, Last year we were in the top 20 of over 1000 schools which took part throughout the UK.

We hope lots of people will join in, get healthy and have fun.

As well as cycling and scooting to school, every class will get out on their bikes and scooters during the day.
