Students should be preparing/revising for their assessments during the first week back after the holiday.

All S1 pupils should be finishing class work and revising for assessments in their current social subject next week.

After a week of wacky activities which included ‘Take Me Out’, ‘Strictly Come Dancing’, assorted PE activities, a bake-off and a non uniform day the school raised a total of £1542.53.

The extended response which is worth 28.5% of the fianl mark will be sat on Thursday 21st. It is important a lot of work at home goes into this.

Reminder that all higher history students should be preparing hard for the extended essay on Thursday/Friday next week. This is worth 30% of their final grade.

This week assessment will be completed/handed in for the three social subjects. It is important all work is completed and the revision/preparation takes place.

Mr Stewart is offering help with the extended essay every lunch time on a Wednesday and Friday for all students – please make use of this as the extended essay is worth 30% of the final mark.

All higher history students should be revising for their NAB. Mr Fenwick’s class on Thursday 28th February, Mr Stewart’s class on Friday 1st March.

Students in these classes will have their assessments this week. They should be preparing at home revising all their work.
