Rock

A form of popular music which evolved from rock and roll and pop music during the mid and late 1960s. The music was a bit harsher with distorted guitar sounds. Musicians often take solos, mainly the guitarist.  Power chords are common in the guitar parts.  Listen to Smoke On The Water.
