Dear Parent / Carer

Information for Parents/Carers – Severe Weather Arrangements

Severe weather can sometimes force an emergency closure of the school. This is something we will always try to avoid due to the problems it creates for pupils, and even more so for their families. Only serious concern for the health and safety of pupils and staff will make us consider an emergency closure.

The following guidelines should be helpful to parents in the event of severe weather:

Mindspace Myspace Group

Mindspace Young People’s Recovery College has created a specialist programme of support for Young People aged between 11 and 18. This programme offers Young People the opportunity to understand aspects of their Mental Health, explore strategies to cope with poor mental health, build confidence in order to support them in realising their potential.

The emphasis of the programme is on raising awareness of mental health issues, building lifelong resilience, providing Young People with skills and techniques which support them in identifying and coping with life’s stressors.

PSP Christmas Fair

There is going to be a 🎅🎄Christmas Fair on 25 November at Strathearn Community Campus for Crieff High School Funds organised by the Parent Staff Partnership involving the whole campus and community groups. If you would like to have a stall/help/run an activity please contact the school on 01764 657600 or email CrieffHigh@pkc.gov.uk. We will be pleased to receive tombola/raffle prizes. There will be a raffle for a wine hamper, a festive hamper and a chocolate hamper.
