Plagal Cadence

A cadence is formed by two chords at the end of a passage of music.  The plagal cadence is final sounding and goes from chord IV-I (chord 4 to1).  In music we use roman numerals to describe chord numbers.

In this video there are repeated IV-I chords at the end and the final cadence is the same.
