Interrupted Cadence

Interrupted cadences are ‘surprise’ cadences. You think you’re going to hear a perfect cadence, but you get a minor chord instead.   They move from chord V-VI (chord 5 to 6).

Listen to the cadence in Ob-La-Di, Ob-La-Da at 04.12 but run into it first from 20 seconds beforehand.
