- Look at the list below, find the level you are working at and the activity you have currently been working on in class.
- Open the document relevant to you.
- Complete the questions on the sheet by ticking the appropriate boxes and completing the written sections on the computer.
- Save the file on your computer.
IMPORTANT
- Email a copy to CHS-PE@pkc.gov.uk
- In the Subject field please put your name and the activity and your teacher’s name
- e.g. Joe Bloggs – Athletics – Miss Steele

What does Developing, Consolidating and Securing mean? – Here is a brief definition.
- Developing – has started to engage in the work of the level and is beginning to progress
- Consolidating – has achieved breadth of learning, can apply it in familiar situations and is beginning to undertake more challenge
- Secure – has achieved a breadth of learning, applied what he/she has learned in unfamiliar situations and responded well to challenge.
