Open Door Policy
We are committed to maintaining a warm, open and approachable school community. Our open door policy encourages families to get in touch whenever they need to.
You can contact us through the school office by telephone or email, or by speaking directly to your child’s class teacher at the school gate. Your child’s teacher should always be your first point of contact for day‑to‑day matters, while the Head Teacher is available to support with any wider concerns.

Learning Journals
We use Learning Journals to share what your child is learning in class. Each child has their own secure online journal where they, along with their teacher, can capture and document their learning as the term progresses. Entries may include photos, videos, drawings or PDF documents that showcase their work.
Learning Journals are completely private—only you can access your child’s journal outside of school.

Newsletters
We strive to share the developments and successes of our school community each term via a newsletter that is emailed out to primary contacts for each child.
