Through groups such as our Pupil Council, Nurture and Reading Ambassadors, Buddy System, House and Sports Captains, Digital Champions and Sport Leaders, alongside class roles in every stage, children take on real responsibilities and lead change across the school.
We actively involve learners in decision-making, participatory budgeting and self-evaluation, ensuring their views shape our priorities and improvements. This means pupils don’t just contribute – they lead, influence and evaluate what we do.
