Maths champions this week displayed amazing accuracy – keep up the good work Woodlanders!

This successful girl won a rosette at a Halloween themed Jumping Show at Woodend Riding Centre. She was riding a horse called Sammy.

A cooker in our school kitchen has broken down. It will be replaced in the next few days. Unfortunately this will impact on this week’s menu choices. Each morning children will be notified of the alternative hot and cold meals will be  available to order.

Large honey jars are now sold out!!!

The last (and biggest) large jar of honey left in the school is in the raffle, £1 a strip. Tickets for raffle can be bought every day this week at playtime.

Small honey jars at £1 each or £1.50 with a drizzler are  still in stock.

Lip balm as well for a great price of 3 for £4

We have plum jam, bramble jam and rhubarb jam.

The shop will be open from 2:45 until 3:30 today and if there is any stock left pupils can bring their money to Primary 7 class to collect products.

On Tuesday Woodlands Tots will be having some Halloween themed fun.  Toddlers (and parents!)  are welcome to attend in fancy dress costume!

One girl shared a medal and certificate gained from taking part in a reading challenge.

One of our fantastic primary ones was successful at an audition for theatre school and is looking forward to starting there after Christmas. How exciting!

On Monday the Honey.comb business will be on sale from 9:00 until 9:30 and from 14:45 until 15:15 if it doesn’t all sell out in the morning.

We have honey, lip balm, plum jam, rhubarb jam, bramble jam and a wonderful raffle with lots of prizes.
