P6 STEM and Play

This Friday (16th February) Woodlands Primary school is having a STEM and Play session for our Primary 6s from 2pm – 3pm. The ‘STEM and Play’ session will take place in the STEM Zone and in the P6 and P6/7 classroom. These sessions give you a chance to see what your child is learning and to get involved, as well as to meet other parents/families. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. Parents and carers attending must enter through the front door and sign in via the QR code sign in sheet. At the end of the session parents and carers can leave through the front door and collect their child as normal at their class door.

Primary 7 Photo

Primary 7s will be having a group photograph taken on Thursday 15th February. On this day can we ask that primary 7 pupils attend school wearing their school uniform.

February Mid-term break

North Lanarkshire’s Council’s February Mid-term break is next week. This means the school and nursery will be closed to pupils on Monday 12 , Tuesday 13 and Wednesday 14 February 2024.

Pupils return on Thursday 15th February.

We will be celebrating Burn’s Day on Thursday 25th January. There will be a Scottish themed lunch. Children are welcome to wear their uniform, a Scotland top or some tartan.

At the end of the session parents and carers can leave through the front door and collect their child as normal at their class door.
