Woodlands Primary School and Nursery will be closed to pupils on Monday 18th November.

Pupils will return to school and nursery as normal on Tuesday 19th November.

Today MyChildsart leaflets were given out to children as part of our Parents Council Christmas Art Project.

Something spotty.

This Friday (8^th November) Woodlands Primary school is having a Stay and Play session for all our Primary 2s from 2pm – 3pm. The ‘Stay and Play’ session will take place in the Learning Zone and in the  classrooms. These sessions give you a chance to see what your child is learning and to get involved, as well as to meet other parents/families. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. Parents and carers attending must enter through the front door and sign in via the QR code sign in sheet. At the end of the session parents and carers can leave through the front door and collect their child as normal at their class door.

This Friday (8^th November) Woodlands Primary school is having a STEM and Play session for all Primary 5s from 1pm – 2pm. The ‘STEM and Play’ session will take place in the STEM Zone and in the classrooms. These sessions give you a chance to see what your child is learning and to get involved, as well as to meet other parents/families. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. Parents and carers attending must enter through the front door and sign in via the QR code sign in sheet.

The school photographer (Tempest Photography) will be visiting the school on Wednesday 6th November to take individual and family photographs. Although this is a gym day for some children. We ask that children attend in their full school uniform to have their photos taken. Thank you.

On Thursday 31st October their will be a Menu change

White –  Chicken and Worm soup (Chicken and Noodle soup).

Red – Horrified Hot Dog with Salad.

Green – Petrified Cheese Panini with salad.

Blue – Scary Cheese and Ham Sandwiches
