* Wednesday is Christmas lunch day and children should have already pre-ordered their lunch through the online form before the Monday 4th December deadline.

Our class Christmas Parties begin this week.

The children will enjoy a party with their peers on:

Monday 11^th of December – All P6 and P7 children

Tuesday 12^th of December – All P4 and P5 children

Monday 18^th of December – All P2 and P3 children

Tuesday 19^th of December – All Nursery and P1 children

The children can come to school wearing their party gear and bring a snack to share with their

friends such as a bottle of juice, crisps, funsizes or shop bought small cakes.

A massive thank you to all who attended our Christmas Fayre. We raised an amazing £3170.

On Friday 8^th December Woodlands Primary school is having a STEM and Play session for our Primary 4s from 2pm – 3pm. The ‘STEM and Play’ session will take place in the STEM Zone and in the P4 and P4/5 classroom. These sessions give you a chance to see what your child is learning and to get involved, as well as to meet other parents/families. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. Parents and carers attending must enter through the front door and sign in via the QR code sign in sheet. At the end of the session parents and carers can leave through the front door and collect their child as normal at their class door.

At our assembly this week we had a Woodlands Balloon Pop. Our whole school treat is Christmas Jumpers/T-shirts/Dresses for the full month of December.

Our annual Christmas Fayre will take place tomorrow (Saturday 2^nd of December) from 10am – 12 noon. As always there will be a range of activities and stalls to enjoy including home baking, raffle, tombola and a visit to the man in red.
