Just a reminder that our application for funding for outdoor learning equipment is currently in Tescos in Cumbernauld (and a few other places).
We are doing really well so far with lots of blue tokens!
If you are in Tescos don’t forget to pick up some tokens and vote for us – the more votes, the more money!

Today Mr McMullan had a great day with lots of different classes cleaning up the school and getting it ready for spring.
Head over to the eco committee blog to see some pictures!

On Monday 13th (next week) there will be a big spring clean day.
Each class will work with MrMcMullan to clean up the school and get some planting done now that spring is here.
All children need to bring a pair of outdoor shoes as well as indoor shoes.
We will also be painting the planters outside so if possible can children bring an old t-shirt that you don’t mind getting paint on.
If anyone is particularly keen on gardening and would like to get involved and help, just contact the school.
Thanks.

So far Woodlands Primary School has sold over 250 noses in support of Red Nose Day.
We have even had a pupil who successfully found the limited edition Frankinose!
The number of noses we have left is now limited. From tomorrow children will only be able to purchase one nose each, this will ensure children have the opportunity to buy one. We suggest that children keep their Red Noses at home safe and sound until Friday 24th March.
