This week’s amazing Star Pupils.

At assembly some Primary 7s shared some very emotive poetry linked to World War 2.

One of our Primary 6  boys took part in the Bubble Rush 5K fun run at Bellahouston park along with his mother and his big sister. He helped raise £220.00 for the ACCORD hospice in Paisley.

Well Done!

And finally Mr Green had a fantastic Primary one helper at assembly, helping with the star Pupil badges!

It’s that time again! Beat the Street is back.

Children were all issued with their Beat the Street fobs and maps on Friday.

They have also been given a parent/carer envelope which contains a card for you to join in!

Let’s get out & enjoy the sunshine!

Woodlands Primary and Nursery Newsletter April – June

Just a reminder that the school is closed on Monday 1st  May for the Bank Holiday weekend.

School will also be closed on Thursday 4^th May due to the local council elections.

The school will also be closed on the 8th of June due to the General election.

Well done to this week’s awesome Star Pupils and Primary Seven for winning the Cool Class Cup!

Welcome back to school!  We hope you’ve all had a lovely Spring Break and an enjoyable Easter.

The new Spring/Summer 2017 school lunch menu starts this week.

There are some important changes. You view it online here.

The main change is that lunch will now consist of 2 courses priced at £2.00.

We had many eggcellent entries into our egg design competition.

The judges were very eggcited to judge the competition!  It was very difficult to select just one winner from each stage. The children hatched plans and designed wonderful and imaginative movie themed eggs.

This week’s excellent Star Pupils.

Today was the house treat for Oak house. We had a games extravaganza!

We all had a great time and it has inspired all of us to work even harder next term to get the treat again.
