Woodlands Primary School and Nursery will be closed to pupils on Monday 13th November.

Pupils will return to school and nursery as normal on Tuesday 14th November.

Unfortunately we have to cancel the Tots group on Friday 10th November.

This year we are celebrating Children In Need on the 17^th November. Our pupils will take part in school house-based activities and learn about the role of Children in Need.

On the day children are welcome to wear:

On Friday 10^th November Woodlands Primary school is having a Stay and Play session for our Primary 2s from 2pm – 3pm. The ‘Stay and Play’ session will take place in the Learning Zone and in the P2 classrooms. These sessions give you a chance to see what your child is learning and to get involved, as well as to meet other parents/families. Parents and carers are welcome to attend. Parents and carers attending must enter through the front door and sign in via the QR code sign in sheet. At the end of the session parents and carers can leave through the front door and collect their child as normal at their class door.

Yesterday an email was sent out regarding the online Parents’ Evening Booking System. We are aware that in some circumstances the email may appear in your junk or spam folder and we encourage parents and carers to check these folders for Parents Night information. Please note the closing date for making an online booking is Tuesday 31st October at 3pm.

The Parent Council will be using QR codes for pupil sign in at tonight’s p1-4 and p4 -p7 Halloween discos. The QR codes will be located on the staffroom windows just outside the main entrance.
